Good Morning Girls In the bible there were those who were totally desperate like the leper who came to Jesus in Luke 5:12. What an awesome Lord that would reach out to someone who was so dirty and sick. This man was so totally desperate for Jesus that for him to even appear in public would have meant death by the Law of Moses. Anyone with leprosy was exiled from the city and could have no contact with a clean person; this man knew he was dead already without Jesus. Just like the leper with his disease, sin will continue to eat on all of us, and little by little we will disappear and all people will be able to see is a big ugly sore. Sounds bad don’t it? Sin is ugly and it will certainly destroy. The devil unlike Jesus doesn’t care for his own; he will deceive and destroy us without taking a second thought. He is void of love except for the love of himself. His joy is to take as many as he can to the lake of fire to join him in the end, because he knows his fate is sealed and he would like to do the same for all of us.
Which brings me to our Soap for today; we are compelled to go out into the world and preach the gospel and bring all that would come. It isn’t always going to be the rich and famous or someone in our close group of friends that looks and smells exactly like we do. It could be that dirty stinky person that we step over as we enter into the house of the Lord. I pray I never judge a person on their status in this world that I always reach out to the lost no matter what the cost to my personal comfort is. Deliver me Lord from self!!

Great comments, Susie - as always! I too need to be delivered from myself.
