So many things in life are fluid and change. So many people are undependable and fail us. But God and His Word remain contant amidst all the change. It is so comforting to know that we can depend on Him through the chaos of life. Father, help me to rest in the promise of your unchanging Word.

ReplyDeleteOur soap today spoke to me that I have had better believe that every promise of the bible, every command will be done and if I am who I say I am (Christian) then my faith better be in place no matter what the circumstance. For God is still God, even when we ask for things and don’t seem to get them right away. Nothing has changed; God is still on the throne with Jesus Christ standing at the right hand of the Father. It’s pretty simple to see when we doubt God’s word we limited His ability to work in our lives. We must have faith in God, the bible say that if we can have faith just the size of mustard seed, which is said to be the tiniest of all seeds, we can have mountains moved, (Matthew 17:20). Now this mountain might be sickness in someone you love, or a situation in your life that seems to be moving to consume you, but believe in God’s word and have faith in the Creator of all things and let Him work as He desires in each of us.
