The word "bless" means = to bestow goodness and favor, and to invoke such qualities upon another. Jesus blessed the disciples before His ascension. His blessing allowed their ministry in Jerusalem and beyond to be successful. Without God's blessing, our attempts at ministry will not accomplish much. I continuously pray for God to bless our efforts and our ministry.
